5、Character:It’s odorless, slightly vinegar like. The crystal (trihydrate) is colorless transparent crystal or white crystal powder with relative density of 1.45. It is easily weathered in warm and dry air. 1g is dissolved in 0.8ml water and 19mL ethanol. The anhydrous substance is white crystalline powder with relative density of 1.528, melting point of 324 ℃ and strong hygroscopicity. 1g is dissolved in 2ml water.
6、Usage:It is used as buffer, flavoring agent, pH regulator, flavor enhancer, flavoring agent, desiccant, printing and dyeing, medicine, photography, electroplating chemical reagent and organic synthesis.
7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
